We are proud to say that 100% of our planters and furniture, made of polyethylene, are entirely produced from recycled plastic. This prevents thousands of tons of waste from being discarded on beaches, rivers, and forests. Additionally, no items of animal origin are used throughout our production chain.

All this material, which would take about 500 years to decompose in the environment, is reused in or production process to take the form of a beautiful Vasap, bringing more greenery into thousands of homes around the world!

We have developed a unique recipe that uses bottle caps, toys, beer crates, and market boxes as the sole raw material for or polyethylene products.

In six years, Vasap has already removed over 3500 tons of waste from the environment.

We are the most awarded gardening brand in Brazil!

Vasap has gathered the biggest names in Brazilian design and has become the most awarded gardening brand in Brazil. We are the only winners of international awards in ecodesign!

The Karajá collection, designed by André Lenza, was awarded by the Loop Design Awards in the Outdoor Products Design category. It also won the Eco Design award at the Paris Design Awards and the Latin American Design Awards in the Sustainable Product category, all in 2021

For the Cumbuca collection, designed by Rosenbaum and O Fetiche, we received the Casa Vogue Design and Design Museum of the Brazilian House awards, in 2019.

The Flua Watering Can, designed by Guto Índio da Costa, was one of the winners of the iF Design Awards 2024, known as the “Oscar of Design”. The Kony Planter, conceived by Studio Zanini, was one of the 18 Brazilian products awarded in the 2012 edition of the IF Design Awards. Although the award predates the Vasap + Studio Zanini partnership, it’s incredible to have another award-winning design product in our portfolio!

In 2022, we were one of the brands recognized at Impact 2022, an event promoted by Fundação Dom Cabral and Innovation Latam, for or actions aligned with the sustainable development of the planet and society. And in 2023, we won the World Plastic Connection International Award 2023, in the World Plastic Global Design Award category, for projects related to sustainable design and ecodesign
